Family Conflict, Custody and Child Support
Family law issues arise outside of divorce, and are often resolved privately or in family court. The complex issues of custody, support, relocation, parental alienation, domestic violence (and more) require special attention and experience.
Our team works hard to keep the impact on you and your children to a minimum. We are experienced in the nuances of the family court system and do all we can to resolve your conflict with the least amount of court intervention as necessary. However, in certain situations, the judicial process is warranted and in such a case, we tirelessly advocate for our clients.

Marriage - Prenuptial & Postnuptial Agreements
Having a prenuptial or postnuptial agreement drafted is the smartest and most cost-effective way to ensure that you and your partner’s wishes and expectations, should the marriage not work out, are respected.
